The Blue Coast Management Team

Shawn Hull, CEO
Renowned as an online marketing pioneer and business development and marketing consultant to heads of corporations, Shawn Hull is no stranger to the booming business of financial services.

Mr. Hull founded the widely successful Taxback Company in 2001, which is still based in Phoenix, Arizona and for which he still plays an active role. Hull currently serves as dual CEO of Questar, one of the nations’ leading Workers’ Compensation Insurance auditing companies, and Blue Coast Financial, both based in Mesa, Arizona.

Hull was an early adopter of Internet Marketing, forming New Century Marketing in the late 90’s. In the early 90’s Hull formed what would become a model for Ebay, a prescient business called, “Easy Barter.

Lindsay Hull, President
With a solid background in business intelligence and business management, Lindsay Hull is well-suited to lead the Blue Coast Financial management team. Hull’s expertise will be put to good use in operations and new program development.

From 2002 to the present, Hull served as director of Taxback, a leading tax review and recovery business.

Prior to joining Taxback, Hull was operations director for Software Intelligence, a software company in Denver, Colorado.

Hull holds a master’s degree in computer information systems with an emphasis on database administration and a B.A. in business management and communications.

Shelee Loughmiller, Senior Vice President of Corporate Training
A U.S. Navy veteran who served as an air traffic controller, Ms. Loughmiller began her civilian business career over 20 years ago, rising to upper management positions in Fortune 500 companies, including Goodyear and Safeway.

In 2002 Loughmiller joined Paychex, the industry giant in payroll processing, contributing her management expertise to the west coast division.

In 2004 Loughmiller joined the successful business-to-business franchise operation Taxback LLC to develop their Worker’s Compensation premium audit service. The program was a huge success, with Loughmiller responsible for developing over $75 million dollars of business for the division.

Loughmiller will bring her considerable sales, marketing and business development strengths to Blue Coast, working with members of the same team responsible for the success of Taxback.

Brian Felderstein, Vice President of Business Development
A financial industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, Brian Felderstein was co-founder and partner of a large mid-Atlantic financial institution. Felderstein grew the company to a large and profitable enough venture to realize his exit strategy: the company he founded was acquired by a large tax services firm with 700 offices nationwide.

Felderstein is a sought-after business trainer and teacher, imparting his expertise in lead generation, team building and successful selling systems to enthusiastic business professionals from coast to coast.
